In addition to the sets with Jeremy, Andy hosted two "Merle's Kids" showcases with the help of Lauren (his wife) and Larry Skipper. The turn-out was wonderful and the kids did a great job. Thanks to all the "Little Pickers" who came out to perform, and to their parents, who support them and who helped make the showcases run so smoothly. Thanks also to the stage managers, MCs, and sound crew who all pitched in to make sure the kids and the audience all had a good time.

Andy May plays MerleFest 2006
Andy May, joined by Jeremy Shearer on bass, played the 19th annual MerleFest in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, April 28 & 29, 2006.
